RETURNS

I want you to love the piece you chose. If it isn't quite right, Chic by Christina accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Because each Chic by Christina piece is handcrafted and one of one, traditional exchanges are not available. If another piece catches your eye, you may return your original purchase if it is eligible and purchase the new piece separately, subject to availability.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. I recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Chic by Christina cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your jewelry arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact Chic by Christina within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll take care of you and work with you to make it right. In these circumstances, Chic by Christina will cover the return shipping cost.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified when your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
