- Each bracelet is a custom piece of jewelry that cannot be duplicated. We use genuine stones, leather, gold plated, gold filled, sterling silver, and other metals, which will vary from custom bracelet to custom bracelet. This is what makes each handmade bracelet unique and truly one of a kind.

We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
All orders are shipped via USPS within 2 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.
Your entire order must be shipped to a single address. Chic by Christina is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS, Chic by Christina is no longer responsible for the package.

Each piece of jewelry from Chic by Christina is handcrafted in our Sherrill, NY studio. There are natural variations in each stone that make every piece unique. In order to protect your jewelry, we suggest keeping it away from water, perfumes, hair products and lotions.
Please roll bracelets on and off your wrist, rather than tug, pull, or stretch. Repetitive tugging and pulling can cause the elastic or leather to weaken over time.
To keep your jewelry clean, wipe it with a soft cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaner.
When not in use, store each piece of jewelry in its respective Chic by Christina pouch.
